I loved the place on Google but we got there and waited at the gate for a very long time and no one opened, when
we finally got in the reception lady was so rude.. she was even on tick tock playing videos while we were in front of her.. her facial expression was like she's irritated by us.. I couldn't wait to get out of there.. it was so dissapointing.

This place is right next to a busy street u0026 dodgy petrol garage station. The rooms were very clean u0026 comfortable but there was no water for the shower and when there was, the pressure was low. The WiFi is terribly slow u0026 the food is not appetising at all. The service is horrendous as there’s one person doing all the work. The person monitoring gate entrance, is the same one that’s cooking your breakfast and that same person will run to the reception to help you with your queries or open/close the gate ????

It's a beautiful place to consider for a vacation. They just need to improve the showers and the drainage system.

This accomodation is not worth it all.
The beds are very hard
There was loadshedding and they don't have a backup generator
It was hot with mosquitoes in the room
Breakfast is horrible

Spent a night there, exit entry by the gates is a challenge, I wouldn't recommend it during cold days, their geyser temperature setting was close to cold water for taking a shower, very unpleasant winter experience, breakfast was great, geographically well positioned within polokwane, hope they improve those within my constructive criticism then it will be a great place to revisit.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly as well as understanding she has gone the extra mile to prepare a breakfast pack before knocking off.
