Stayed here as a student. It's not a bad place. They really take care of the buildings and stuff, I just don't think they treat all people equally. They have good rules in place, but those who don't follow them are benefited, and those who do are not. It's probably too high of a standard to live up to (meeting everyones needs), but I do believe they could at least make roommates review each other on a weekly basis instead of expecting everyone to pay for the damages cause by one.
My opinion. Hope it helps. Some of the people there are actually really nice.

It's a beautiful student accommodation, they have a good student community, the place has club houses, braai area, gym. They host several events monthly. There is a variety of rooms to pick from whether you want to share or not. They have wifi.

I lived here for two years, my first year was a good and enjoyable experience, fast internet. But this all went away during my second year, strict rules were no more, people partying till 1-3 am, slow internet, the only thing that they have going is the fact that it was right across the university. They have good ideas and good morals the financial department is not something you want to deal with, we had credit and it simply got ignored...

Not a bad place, just badly managed.
