Horrible experience. I ordered pizza from them in advance for a specified time, and after waiting 35 minutes after the time specified for my delivery I called and was told that my order is out for delivery. The weird thing is, my order has been marked as delivered even before my driver was "out for delivery." It has now been 4 hours after the time I specified for delivery, and still nothing. I would not recommend them if you want food fast. Or maybe at all.

Edit: Have used them again on 22 January, can't even seem to find my number on their system while the call back number is displayed on the order email. It's been 2 hours, and their store isn't helping at all. At this point I don't even know what to do because they don't know what's going on.

I ordered pizzas online at 5 from Domino's pizza. At 7 the store called be and apologized for the delay as they only had one driver. I tried calling them twice around 8 however, the phones just keep on ringing.

I called the call center and they said they will put me through to the store. After 6 minutes of holding they picked up the phone and said that the driver left with my pizza 45 min ago.

She will call the driver and let him know that my pizza should be free and she will call be back to let me know where he is. That was again an hour ago. Just as I'm finishing up this review my pizzas arrived after 9, cold. Luckily they were free

We ordered our pizza over the phone at 19:00, and the lady on the other side said around 50-60 minutes as they're experiencing high volumes of orders. We have waited almost two hours for our pizza. If you cannot handle the volumes, don't take more orders. Not buying from Domino's anytime soon again.

The base is just fantastic, keep the secret! Always excellent quality, value and taste. The ingredients always fresh and flavorful. My favorite pizza in town. Delivery always effective, friendly and on time, rain or shine. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

I have been eating myself fat on their pizza's for a while now. The average quality is high. The food is always fresh hot and tasty. The delivery staff is mostly friendly. Their prices in my opinion is very competitive. All in a good all round experience. I recommend Domino's Pizza joint to all familia and friends!

Actually I wanted to give no stars at all but that option does not exist. Our order was 15 minutes late...... the reply.... Sorry, your pizza burned. We will make a new one. The problem is everybody was shouting and singing and making such loud noises that we had to go outside to hear ourselves talk. The music was so loud that customers left.... I don't even think they've noticed that. Sorry Dominos. But you will definitely not see me again
