Its just that I cannot give them no star at all. We have been here since 10h50 and its now 17h42. The only person we spoke to at the reception told us he is new here and does not know anything, even about providing us with the medication we came to collect, and he went out for over 3 hours. When he came back he gave us files and said we should solve it ourselves. Its a norm in this clinic because we are not the only ones struggling and we were warned before coming here. This clinic critically needs management to make it useful, otherwise, its just a waste of resources and taxpayers money
