We bought 2large Hake and chips , and another medium chips this morning. Hake was perfectly cooked but the chips was cold and definitely old! Very disappointed. The lady at the till was friendly.

The food is delicious! But sadly, front of house staff doesn't make you feel welcome. You get the feeling that you may be just another nuisance. I had a long wait to be served and another long wait for the food. As said, the food itself was delicious!

I got a wrong order delivered and they failed to reimburse me. I feel robbed and so disappointed to get such from a restaurant well established like this.

Rice is either hard or watery. The fish is decent .

I ordered myself a meal today. The rice was so delicious and fresh, the hake and chips were well cooked. The packaging was everything for me. You'll never get disappointed????

Hake, calamari and rice is excellent for the price. One of my favorite dishes. The lady at the counter is also friendly.
