I ordered the 12 wings and chips for R150 (enjoyed it and the dipping sauce) but they got my order wrong and gave me an order of waffles instead. I went back and they were nice and honest enough to give me my correct order and the waffles to keep as well. I was disappointed at first with the wrong order but had a positive experience at the end. Would 100% recommend this RocoMamas.

Me my spouse and good friends went out on Friday to eat at Roccos. I've ordered beef ribs with thick slice chips. When our order finally came the beef ribs was ice cold! The fat on the ribs was stalled. I asked our waiter Rebecca to make it warm for me. After 10 minutes she brought it back. To my disappointment it still was cold. I called the manager and he made sure the ribs came back hot but by this time it was cooked dry. Also my two friends burger patties was raw one of them actually didn't even finished his. The waiter didn't even clean our table during our meals. We still tip her more then 10%. But it is disappointing paying that much for a burger, ribs and chips for a bad experience.

It's a wonderful franchise already but this joint in particular is amazing. Been here several times with large and small groups and every time they're friendly, understanding, quick and accommodating.
The food has been great every time. Always fresh from the oven or grill; they're not shy about sauces and toppings; and they're more than willing to make things according to every client's standards. ???????? 10/10 VIP treatment every time.

Cool and safe place to hang out. Staff very helpful and friendly. Tap, soap and sanitiser available. On hot days you can sit outside with water mist spraying to keep you cool. Unfortunately, food is unhalaal if you are Muslim.

I especially enjoyed the wings, ribs and balls! The Southern sauce is great! And the milkshakes - divine! The waiters were also super friendly.

Amazing experience and a fun filled time, friendly staff and continuous check ups from the awesome manager. Loved it. Great food as always.
