When you emter the shop they always greet you with smiles. The people here are so respectful and handel every customer with care. They're always willing to help and lend a hand. They always try to accommodate their customers to their full capacity. It's a shop where they valuable your time.

Has a very limited range of cosmetics. It's disappointing. I want to see more Clinique products, more L'Oreal Men Expert, full range of NIVEA, a more broad range of Fragrances that compliment the season and not just fragrances by brand. It's very disappointing, Truworths and Edgars have a wider variety than this store.

Shop open later than other similiar shops in the same Mall.Then they are Offline at opening time (10h00).Poor
service and long qeues.Simply not what is expected from Focshinis.One person to assist at the paypiont Just to find cash only or on ur account?????
