Thank you so much for helping with my dog today. She is terribly afraid of being groomed so it's usually a no-go. Instead, you guys had so much patience and love.l and we got her shaved!! I appreciate that more than words can express.

I made an appointment 14h00. They only finished 16h30 for a bath only. When I got them back, the one's nails were bleeding. The other one was trimmed without asking (Not well done either). They communicate aggressively with the dogs. I am very disappointed. Biggest mistake I have made so far regarding my dogs.

Unfriendly personnel and terrible service.
I specifically phoned in advance to make sure that my dogs are groomed last so I can just bring then and they don’t have to wait in the cages as they get very stressed, but when I got there there were still at least 5 dogs that had to be groomed before my dogs. This is the 2nd time I have experienced this as well and the personnel were not helpful at all. Will never use their services again and would not recommend to anyone!

Asked for winter cut but got summer cut instead- after five hours! poor dog sleeps outside, now she will be cold. Staff unfriendly Would not recommend.

It's a terrible place. The staff is rude and they handle the dogs roughly. The last two times i had my dog there he was only half shaved when i came to get him, and he is always unhappy/depressed when i take him there.

I would not recommend this establishment to any person who cares about their pet.

Unfriendly personnel, waited one hour after I booked an appointment prior. Unprofessional, unfriendly. Really disappointed!
