I ordered ribs and chicken one peri peri and one BBQ both ended up being peri-peri when I took a bit of my ribs...the worst apart from the burning sensation in my mouth the ribs was raw oozing with water or what ever it was the chicken was wet AF inside. I definitely won't be ordering from them ever again..highly disappointed ????

Two visits, my first and last. Friends of mine ordered burgers and they were all cold. I got ribs and it was impossible to eat it with knife they supplied

Never has chicken in stock even though there is a massive sign of the special. We have been trying to buy it for the last 3 times.

Very rude staff think they are doing you a favor by helping you and unapologetic management. Complete breakdown in customer/staff communications. Last 3 times I've been there, everytime issues with quality of food, you've seen the last of me.

On Sunday when we walked in, the lady at the counter was on her cellphone
The one at the back shouted at her and she shout back and keep on her cell phone. Then she stood up walk to the fridge and packed some coke in the fridge. Totally ignoring us
We wait 7 min before helping us. When we ask for chicken she told us it will take 30min to prepare(fast food?) we were the only customers in steers at that moment. Not very helpful.
Really your service sucks and we won't visit steers again! The chips was raw and not crispy. Stil hard
