The guy, Kevin, and the girl (don't know her name) were so nice and very helpful. They really tried their best to help us and they were so friendly. Great service. Much better than the one on the Bult. That manager is so rude.

Worst possible customer service I have ever experienced. Guy behind the counter didn't even want to assist with coil selection. My device which I bought from them 2-3 months ago also giving problems and the reply was there was nothing that can be done. Then the gentleman went into a rant that the customer is not always right and he is upset that all customers get frustrated regarding rules the owner imposes. I have asked for the owners number but again to no avail. Since the change in the person behind the counter there is this attitude of WE don't care about your vaping experience. We don't care about you as a customer. Well then I will take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately another customer behind me also walked out and stated he will not support the store anymore as well.
