The staff is super friendly and the bathrooms are always really nice and clean, which makes showering before work great. They also have a hair dryer and flat iron, and a place to do your makeup. The equipment is really great quality and the gym is never too busy, so you can get to what you need to. Really happy!

The best gym I have ever visited. Was a member here for 2 years and was greatly motivated by the friendly staff. Wonderful facilities and lovely clean bathroom. Enough equipment and not to busy. Really missing this gym.

During offpeak times, between 7pm and 9pm the equipment is always sticky from old sweat and it seems the airconditioning never works since the whole place smells and is always either too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter. I've seen the cleaning lady multiple times washing the gym mats with the same water she used for mopping the floors.

My partner is so intrigued by this place, apparently it's The Gym to go to if you want to experience a real difference in your gym results. I haven't tried it out myself nor has my partner but from the build of the people who go shopping at the nearby Mooirivier Mall after a session at the gym, my oh my... Can I get a 6 months membership for free ????

I enjoy going to this gym. It's not as busy as the other gyms in Potch and all the equipment is in good working order with friendly staff always ready to help you.

I paid a trainer in full (for 10 sessions) and he kept trying to postpone our sessions. I only had 3 of the 10 sessions. After he cancelled the fourth session at four o'clock in the morning for the third time in a row, I just didn't call again.
