Unfortunately Google doesn't allow you to give ratings lower than one star - in this case I wish they did.

I have no idea where these positive comments are coming from, but they must have been to some wonderful store that I couldn't locate.

The only lifestyle cellular shop I found was one where the store manager was disrespectful to his clients, having no regard for his clients' items, breaking said items and throwing his hands in the air as he is unable to repair the damages. That's not even mentioning the fact that money was taken for services that did not deliver the promised outcome.

I can't explain the seriousness in the following sentence enough - DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE.

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would!

Firstly, the man that works there, doesn't understand Afrikaans or English. So it is extremely hard to tell him what your problem is with your cellphone because he does not understand you.

Secondly, he does not have ANY respect for your things. He broke the back of my phone by letting it fall on the ground and he let the little screws also fall on the ground and he lost them. He laughed about it.

Lastly, he said the he will get new stock on Monday, this was on the previous Friday. He did not call or let us know that his suppliers did not have stock, so I drove to him just to find out that he will not be helping me.

I am really upset with Lifestyle Cellular and would not be recommending it to anyone.

My friend and I took her phone in for a minor battery problem and got her phone back in worse conditions due to the negligent employee. He told us it was the charging board that was giving her the problems when it was just the battery (which her and I both said it's the battery causing the problems). She got her phone back and put it on charge which actually drained her battery more. We took it back and he then broke the back of her phone infront of us (he proceeded to laugh about it) and told us to come back on Monday for a new battery and phone back which we've now just been told he can't help her with because "his supplier hasn't come". If I could leave a minus 5 star review I would.

Good cellular store where the employee that helped me was very friendly and understanding when explained what I needed. It is a small shop so there is a limited selection of products that they offer, but still good quality. Some items is a bit overpriced.
