Nice and peaceful, close to campus and have a braai and pool area. Safety not an issue. Love the unit!

Only one guard at the gate who has no control over early morning parties in the week. Disrespectful kids swearing and playing music as loud as they can. Constantly walking past spilled drinks or vomit on the stairs.

Being a student and living here for a year now i regret this decision of moving in. Would rate it better if there were any rules being monitored. Definitely not a civilized place to live if you value Post-grad studies or looking for a place to stay.

Very safe and modern student accommodation. It's situated not too far from the North-West University campus, which makes travelling to class very convenient. The living space has a nice communal area where residents can relax and socialize.

A very modern, safe complex. However, people are VERY loud and do not take the other people living there into consideration. When it rains, the puddles on the stairs are not drained and remain there for a few days. Pigeons are also a problem.

Nice place to live. Very neat and lively. The place has security and electric fences. Nice place to braai and chill with friends. Also has a swimming pool that is always very clean

I am so disappointed by the way my son was treated , his agent told him that he can not move in alone as the flat is for two people sharing so he asked if he can take his luggage in as he was gonna have problem with transport to move his luggage then he was given a key for ROOM 102-A upon arrival we found out that there is already an occupant who said he has paid for single as they let him stay but my son was denied access to stay until his flatmate pays the full amount, I am not sure of ivy league takes rece into consideration because the person allocated the flat is an Indian and was allowed to move in alone but mine is black he was told to wait for the flatmate to pay full amount R8020.maybe we are not using the same currency that is why they don't treat students equally

Nice modern complex. Unfortunately laundry is being placed outside of designated areas to dry and general cleaning of the stairs etc needs to be addressed.
