With my first order I was very happy and the staff were very friendly and helpful but with the second order I specifically asked if they would be able to do the work for me in a specific time frame, and they replied "with pleasure" . Hours after I should already have had my order in my hands and after a terrible struggle to get hold of them because they don't answer their cell phones or WhatsApp's and there is also no one at the office who can help, they let me know that due to Load shedding and the fact that he was on the road all day they will no longer be able to do the work for me. When I asked if they could do it for me it had already been load shedding for weeks and more advanced stages and if they could have just let me know a day in advance that they wouldn't be able to do it I could have found other people to do it to do! This is VERY unprofessional, especially since they ignored me for over 2 days trying to find out how my order was progressing. WEAK very very weak. So disappointed!! If I could I would have given them no stars.

I won't recommend them for any work that has any type of time frame, because you cant count on them to do it!!!

All the branding done on our vehicles is peeling. Had a meeting with the owner now that he recorded without our permission. Not resolved. I will not recommend them at all. An extremely bad experience.

Very, very poor service! I had postcards and stickers printed and everything was either cut skew, smudged or blurry and it took them over 4 weeks to complete such a simple job. Would not recommend their services to anyone. To make matters worse, the owner is rude and extremely unprofessional.

Wow the shoot exceeded my expectations Totally... Daleen is amazing she made the shoot fun and interesting for my 8 month old baby and she worked so nicely with him with so much love and patience ..My baby had a wonderful experience and that's what counts !!!!!! The staff are also so friendly and welcoming ......I will gladly drive the hour and a half there again ......( and we gonna) cant wait for next shoot.I would recommend them TOTALLY !!

Unprofessional personnel which can't acknowledge their mistakes, which made me pay more.
