I ordered food and the 4 of us wanted to pay separately. The lady who helped us thought we wanted to split the bill between the 4 of us but we did not order the same things. One of my friends payed first and did not pay enough as the bill was not split accordingly. But it was fine, I decided to pay the rest of her food. But then the manager (I think he's the manager) came and shouted at us(the clients) and lost himself over there. He was yelling at us and made his colleague very uncomfortable. We had the situation under control. We were so uncomfortable and I almost decided to tell him that he should leave the food. I've never been so humiliated in my life... And even by someone who wasn't involved in the situation. That's the last time I've had steers.

Only come for Wacky Wednesdays. Ez

Food is nice and super friendly staff. Can get a bit busy as it is a small place.

I always buy my cheese burger from Steers but the service I got from this outlet was the poorest ever!!! . The beef pattie was very cold u0026 dry as if fried a couple of hours before. 2 half tiny pieces of cheese put together yet it was supposed to be a cheese burger. I would give it half star if there was!!! Unfriendly Staff. Will never recommend that outlet to anyone.

Seemingly a quiet area. The service is friendly and efficient. The food is great. Would 100% recommend.

Staff are friendly and your order prepared fast, however the shop itself has a bleak appearance. The shop does not feel comfortable to sit at, the inside is clean the outside feels dirty with old paving bricks and lack of foliage.
