I had a terrible experience here. My partner and I were met with hostility and unflattering oppressive "jokes".
The staff is treated badly in front of guests e.g the lady at the reception was busy patting thier heads asking if it's painful.. Right in front of us.

Spent one night, it's a beautiful place I agree, however, your treatment towards African guests and employees needs a lot of work.

Had a very comfortable 2 night stay in large room with a large bathroom with a great shower; very friendly host. Large parking area and a quiet street; the room is modern with full DSTV bouquet and a massive flat screen TV and basic kitchen utilities. The stocked bar fridge is a nice touch too. I just find it bizarre when guesthouses dont fit any towel rails or hooks to hang up damp towels?? No breakfast is served, only coffee, so come prepared.

We had a lovely reception, very helpful and friendly. Extremely well equiped.
Lovely bathroom facilities.
Good sturdy bed, but bedlamps were not working.
Safe parking.

Tranquility, clean, beautiful and great location with excellent team that goes out of their way to make every guest comfortable. What you pay is too little compared to the hospitality and warm of the place. I will visit this place anytime soon as one felt to be Home away from home.

A very clean, comfortable and spacious space to stay at. Elegantly appointed rooms. Perfect location close to University yet in a peaceful neighbourhood. Great morning and evening walks. Professional, efficient staff

Super friendly staff! Room was very comfy and VERY clean. Great shower/ bathroom. Cold breakfast buffet has many options for the health conscious traveller. Safe undercover parking and very centrally located

Its not often that the images you see online is what you get on the ground. My booking at another hotel was cancelled at the 11th hour, and we had to make an alternative plan. They assisted us happily. The staff are very friendly. The lodge is kept spotlessly clean. The rooms are not very spacious but beautifully laid out with everything you may need.
The pricing is also spot on. Breakfast was one of the best i ever had.
Will definately save the contact and re-visit
