It's a beautiful place. Really a home away from home. But the maintenance of the rooms could be a little better. The furniture (sofa, table) and the bed sheets were not so clean. The admin staff could use some training on professionalism and customer service. I got there after making an online reservation a week prior only to be told that my reservation was basically sold to someone else. So i had to beg and plead to be given any other room, because I had nowhere else to go. I also had to pay extra than I budgeted for my stay there. The guests house is great. It just needs to be taken care of better.

We had booked 1 rooms and received a confirmation from Bookings.com. Upon arrival after travelling 300 km's we were rudely informed by the reception that the rooms had been booked out booked out to other guests. No apology and no effort to assist. Would never recommend it to anyone!

Disappointing....no soap, no milk or creamer, pool was a mess, one bedside light not working, bathroom needs upgrading - not sure how they maintain a 4 star rating. Receptionist was very pleasant though....

POOR SERVICE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't believe how poor this place is. I booked this place for people from Kenya to stay with Amoris Guest House in Lynnwood. The people that would've stayed in Amoris Guesthouse only arrived at 00h00 midnight, in OR Tambo and a hour later in Pretoria. Not because they where late but because the plain that they where on didn't land the time it said it would.

Would Amoris Lynnwood Guest House tell this poor people that they can not stay with them any longer because they did not arrived the time that they where supposed to be booked in for.

This poor people struggled so hard to find a place just to sleep and for the night to be over so that they can go and arrange a different place to sleep and get settled in. Do not ever go to this guest house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used to always stay here.Amaizing how the owners have allowed it to deteriorate so badly.Dirty rooms and useless staff.They really should consider closing it down

After receiving a booking confirmation email from Booking.com, upon arriving at the Guesthouse I was told that they couldn't accommodate me. They then attempted to arrange accommodation for me at their other facility that is approximately 16km away. I was first accommodating and agreed to this, however it was a great inconvenience, so I canceled this arrangement and found other suitable accommodation.
