I would like to thank the staff at barcelos wierda Park I went there last night 04/12/2018 between 20:00 - 20:30 their service is out standing they are ever ready to help we enjoyed our meals the staff are so friendly they made us feel like royalty from my hubby and my self I would really like to thank you all once again I really appreciate service like this I would most definitely be visiting you guys more often.... Wrong order. Called store manager didnt answer after waiting and being redirected for 3mins. Food quality bad. Nandos better. Was supporting Barcelos. But im loosing hope in this franchise

I love barcelos... Unfortunately, this was a rather disappointing experience. Kitchen staff and ladies at the counter fighting and should you consider going to this store, check if all your food is there.

Service is very poor. Your orders come late when it gets here it's incorrect and worse the food is not cooked. They don't even answer calls.

Hit or miss on the food quality and the delivery... some days theyre closed... some days they take delivery order but never appear...
