These people gave me the worst service ever... booked me in the worst accomodation... and couldn't even assist me get out of it. They didn't provide any advice or any alternatives when I was overseas and unsatisfied with the accomodation. One thing i must say they taught me is to make my own travel arrangements NO MORE TRAVEL AGENTS FOR ME...
