Changing the way you Feel may be easier than you thought. For me its helping allot...minimum time a week to Train but 20min ONCE a week really helps me to stay in shape. I can feel the burn the next day and really Love the way its toning my Body. Bodytec Centurion Professional, always Friendly and really helps you BE A BETTER VERSION of yourself. 90% muscle workout with every 20 min session. No sweaty/over populated Gym. EMS training has made such a big difference in my life and in training, I highly rate and recommend it.
Every single time is a great workout and it's great for toning.
In my 6 odd years training at Bodytec Centurion, I've seen a few trainers come an go, but they are always well trained, professional and give you personal attention. Centurion Bodytec is one of those places where you feel welcome and like family. You can go in there stresses, rushed, tired and not at all in the mood for training, but walk out feeling good, resfreshed and relaxed (and a good tired)!

I’ve been training at Bodytec Centurion for over 5 years and I absolutely love training there. I’ve never done training that gave me the kind of definition in my muscles as Bodytec does and the trainers at Centurion Bodytec always motivates me to go higher. I will recommend Bodytec in general, but especially the Centurion studio to anyone. Thank you guys for always making me look and feel better.

Never thought I would look forward to a workout before 7am BUT I do! Thanks to the amazing trainers, my husband and I can't wait for our session. Pieter, Charl and Lynette - you guys are awesome! I would really recommend this studio if you want trainers who keep you motivated and smiling.
