I visited BodyMind Fitness today for a complimentary class. Firstly it was very simple to find on Google Maps as I am not from the area. The atmosphere was absolutely fabulous! u003dD I thoroughly enjoyed the class and the team was very friendly and welcoming aswell. I would honestly recommend BodyMind Fitness to anyone, and I have already told all my friends about it. Thanks Team you made my first experience extremely memorable I cannot wait for the next class!

Honestly, exercise has never been my Forte. I don't like doing cardio. But I've been doing classes at Body Mind Studios for a year and it's brilliant. The instructors are lovely, the other women are sweet, and for the first time in my life I'm actually having fun while working out.

Most fun I’ve had in a long time (aerial yoga). Highly recommend it for anyone looking to build strength or mobility. Also just a nice bunch to “hang out” with.

Best gym and fitness studio I have ever been to. Such incredible instructors and people. I felt right at home while getting such a fun and worthwhile workout.

Really a lovely gym with such a sense of community. All the instructors are so kind and helpful, probably the first time I've actually enjoyed and looked forward to getting fit.
