They got my order wrong twice. On the 2nd order they left out my chips. Anyway, the food was super great as always ????????????????. DANKO Nandos flame grilled chicken!

Realy disappointed with Nando's Faerie Glen. We ordered the full chicken with two sides and a coke no sugar.

The chips were ice cold and some were this disgusting brown colour. The chicken also had pieces missing. They cut the chicken without asking us how we wanted it, too.

I complained about the service, they called at an inconvenient time and I asked them to call back the following day, which they did not do.

It is the second bad experience at this Nando's and i doubt we will be back.

This Nando's is where my life long love affair with Nando's started. The food and service is fantastic! In fact I feel like Nando's tonight!!

I'm a visitor in Faerie Glen. We ordered food from Nando's 2 consecutive times for delivery, both times the food arrived literally hours more than an hour later, dry and stale. I called the store and the manager or whoever answered the phone told me the food just left the store(mind you this order is way overdue), delivery guy told me that it's the way things are at the store, and even told me how paid orders are given last preference because they've already been paid for. Even the service is a bold 0, you can hear that there's no care as long as they've received the payment. We love Nando's so much, so you can imagine the disappointment having to eat dry food. You can wish to even burn down a store because that's a big scam for the amount of money I spent these past 2 day's. I wish to take this matter further but as I am still very emotional about it, I'll wait so I can approach the issue in a proper manner. Straight Corruption!!!

The order never went through the first time. One of your consultants contacted me and let me know that she will place the order manually. She never did. I had to order again and follow up 2 times. When I got my order, my food’s sauce fell out of the container. This is the WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Please reconsider online ordering, because your service is horrible

I work part time for Mr D food delivery. A guy by the name of Vusi ( who says his the manager) insisted on not assisting me. All because I asked him if my order is ready. He plainly ignored me. I spoke to the other food delivery guys and asked if they were acknowledged they said no. I then asked VUSI to please check if my order is there He then spoke in a language I didn't understand and laughed at me, pointed to the side ( like one would point a dog) and he told me I must wait there and when his done with everyone else he will think of assisting me.

It was a single wrap and sprite zero. He then told me I should just FAIL the order and not try and teach him how to do his job.

I was delayed and ended up waiting an extra 30min simply because he felt so. The food was already prepared and when he saw me taking pictures of him he later changed his tune and said that the food still needed to be prepared.

Extremely bad customer experience.

Did not receive 1 meal that was part of the order
Called the branch directly
They said they are sending the meal
That was an hour ago. Am still waiting.
