The club noise next door and protection windows in the CL shop makes it very difficult at night to hear and talk to the CL Staff. They will call out your order number at a normal volume once and then put the food to the side if nobody gets up to collect, but nobody can HEAR a number being called. The ladies waiting next to me had their food laying on the counter to the side for 5min before they investigated and asked if order is not maybe ready yet. The owner can invest in a tv/screen showing the order number that is ready for collection. This way food wont pile up on the side if people that can't hear number being called. Also the staff working the tills should tell you when something is not available BEFORE you pay. I had an appointment tonight and wanted to just pop in and out fast on my way to the meeting. There were lots of chicken on display and did not think about any delays. Only after I paid the lady said I will have to wait 15min on my order as the chicken is in the oven. It was more than 15min and I was late for my appointment. The chicken was very oily tonight. I hope next time will be beter...if there will be a next time.
