FANTASTIC service in terms of calling to arrange orders for delivery (50 small). All pizzas were still warm when they were received and all people were friendly.

But delivery was 40 minutes late, despite calling the day before to confirm drop-off point and time

Bought 2 peri peri pizza pies and the chicken filling was off , disgusting. I wasted my money here.

The newly opened Roman's pizza store is not like the old one. They literally forgot my order ???? and when I reminded them ,they did not cook it properly ????, they rushed it, it was sticky, it couldn't break into proper slices and again worst part of it all I waited for a long time to recieve such poor service .

What a let down. I used to drive from Lynnwood to biy your quality pizzas. We were so excited to see Hatfield opened up again. We bought a Peperoni and a Chicken, both were actually quite terrible, will have to go back to Glen Gables. You guys should go visit the Romans in George, Western Cape, to see how to make a proper pizza.

This place is really slow like you can buy something and wait more than 15-20 minutes!!!
