My friend and I stayed there a while ago. It was really nice. The staff was great and really helpful with everything; like random things. We wanted to heat up food and they helped us in the kitchens even though it wasn't prepared there.
The beds were real comfortable, the room was real clean. I really liked the fact that the AC worked well (I have an AC fascination????)
We stayed there for a few days and the rooms were cleaned regularly.
They have a little room where you can iron your clothes etc, they really think of everything when it comes to convenience.
There's free WiFi and a TV.
And there was free candy in the hotel reception every morning so that was plus???????? Please stay at Hotel@Hatfield. It's really awesome.

Had a fantastic stay there with my partner. The reception ladies were absolutely friendly, the hotel room was clean and had all the required essential. An very quite so I got to spend my birthday weekend in peace and quiet. Look forward to returning again.

Quite a small modern space, great food. nice staff. It's in town which makes it difficult to leave in the afternoon because of traffic if they can have a way that allows cars from the hotel to exit from the undercover exit points. Otherwise it's a nice hotel

Very busy, especially in the night, maybe cos its around student accommodationsand the University just nearby. Had some people knocking in my room past midnight. Rooms were good size, just didn't like the carpets. Good food. The staff is friendly and helpful though, and for.me, that's a plus.

I appreciate the accommodation facilities and the top-notch service. I had a great experience while at the hotel. The surroundings are pristine and sanitary. I'm delighted that hand sanitizers are still available to us even after Covid-19; this says so much about the hotel's commitment to keeping everyone safe during these trying times. I want to thank the chef and his team for the wonderful meals they made for me while I was staying at the hotel. Last but not least, I'd want to express my gratitude to the waiters and waitresses and cleaning team for always having a smile on their face while working. It's very appreciated. Once more, many thanks. High fives to all hotel staff members.

Wish I could stay longer! Can the owners adopt me please lol. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful so is the person that helped with the luggage. The rooms were clean, and the linen was of great quality, actually can't fault the place of anything

I was disappointed on last day. Found my R20 that I kept on side table missing I paid for Breakfast on my arrival.. R100. I stayed for like five nights and only went to have breakfast on last day... everybody came flocking a minute after minutes asking me if I paid.. I felt unforcomfortable and did not enjoy the meal at all. Also you can do better with not having refrigerators in rooms. So inconvenient.
P.S I had to Give you a Four Star.. because despite that. I still had good time in Hartfield. Even though your king suite rooms and showers are also kinda small.
