Mr Delivery drivers are more reckless than Minibus Taxis

The state of Mr Delivery drivers are terrible to say the least and the company should be ashamed for not having standards in place with their drivers.

The motorcycle and e-bike drivers take reckless risks in order to be on time for their delivery. I have seen drivers fall, drive over sidewalks, slide into the back of cars and drive like maniacs.

I don’t have enough fingers to count how many e-bike drivers I have seen driving without a helmet and they act like they drive a motorcycle. There are certain cycling rules that need to be adhered to and these people have obviously not been trained in them.

I doubt that even one of the motorcycle drivers has a valid drivers license and understands any road rules.

Mr Delivery needs to be held accountable for the poor state of their drivers. This can’t continue. Train your people, make sure they know what the rules of the road are and I’ll consider using your service again.

At the moment I recommend everyone to use Uber eats and stay away from Mr Delivery to keep our roads safe.

My KFC was just delivered but some items were missed.
I did log a complaint on app but without any response.
It is very difficult to get hold of Mr D and now members of my family are out of food for the night

Ordered at 20:37, waited till 21:45 which got cancelled eventually. Now I am still hungry, every thing is closed and MrD took my money. Never order from MrD, there is a reason why UberEats is the king of the business.

Didn't get my full order and they don't even bother to care they take the money and leave without the thought that I haven't received my food , true story of my life and exactly wat happened today , I'm utterly disappointed

Ordered food during loadshedding and their app sent the food to a wrong address instead of the selected .the told me abt previous failed orders and basically said they can't refund me..so they stole the food plus my money

After supporting Mr Delivery for quite some time and ordering on a regular basis and having multiple order delivered to the wrong address (a block away from me). I just had an incident with my home address being used instead of my work address. I was then contacted to say the order will be canceled and refunded. The refund did not happen but rather a 50% of the order amount coupon. Last time I will use this app. Definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

Fedup with Mr Delivery. Been supporting them due to being a South African company, but today is the last straw. Order was collected at 17h55 been over an hour and still not delivered. Driver is been making 10 to 15 minute stops along the way.

Contacted support and instead of being sympathic, and I a BS excuse of "Kindly be advised that the restaurant is experiencing driver capacity delays" How can you blame the restuarant when order was collected over an hour ago.

In times like this you should promptly offer and refund or phone your client and ask if they can reorder and send another driver.

Appalling service!!
