The garden and chairs are not clean,the kitchen needs attention and electricity kept on tripping..I had high hope for this place but am abit disappointed really.

Worst experience ever in my life. They advertise that Jacuzzi is working but it's cold and they say it works on solar. Staff was drunk and kept on coming to our room. This place must be banned on Google don't even try waste your money try somewhere else

The rooms are clean but other areas like kitchen requires attention, the staff need to be strained, after checking in the lady only showed us the room the rest we had to figure out, there's no pool but just a small jacuzzi which we were told is solar powered the guy who knows how to heat the water was not around, but it's usually full cause the guest house accommodate lot of people. Just be prepared to cater yourself Uber eats app can be handy, we asked for breakfast which they said will take upto 2 hours 30 minutes, while Uber eats takes 25 minutes. But the rest is history hope the owner of this place take this reviews serious, the place need special attention it's untidy

It is a great guesthouse, the staff is well mannered. It is kept clean and well kept. It is properly managed

I've noticed or experienced that the service was not 100%????.towels were not clean,no hands towels in each room,no hand soap in the toilets even that small bar soap was not supposed being put in replacement of hand soap coz we are in very difficult situations at this stage of affected by Covid the whole world, we also not sure weather all the rooms were fumigating even the sanitizer we should get it in each rooms.but honestly I was so disappointed about the kitchen that we all shared in 1 area that was not supposed to in that way....but I can recommend that it must be all tidy u0026 neat.! everything in the kitchen was bad very untidy.

The boss simon or achmed is verry rude and he abuses workers he does not pay hes always shouting at workers even clients he overworked workers working from 7am to 12 midnight for r2000

It's a beautiful place.
It's just that the workers chill with guest and don't give them privacy! There was this guy who worked there who would just take out drinks without asking.
