Facility is poorly manged in terms of trying to minimise patient waiting time. 3hrs waiting to check contraceptives is absolutely unacceptable. Facility manager - Tiny - does very little to engage patients waiting. Worst part? No paper is supplied to write complaints/suggestions and the box itself has been closed off.

They have poor service we got to the clinic at 9am for my baby's immunization and actually got called by the nurse at 2pm what a disgrace whole 6 hours sitting on the bench waiting ..and one of the cleaner was so rude .

Good morning. I went to the clinic for the first time yesterday. I received a number I was number 57 in the queue. We were only allowed 2 people to go in. We sat there then the lady at the reception come to collect all pasients cards. We were 2 ladies which was new and had to open a file. After we opened our files they said we can see the drs. We sat in the queue again for about an hour then they told us we must first go to the observation room for blood pressure weighing etc. After that we could see a dr. He was not very helpful and did not even examine me.

I had a good experience with the clinic especially with one of the sisters there, Sister ESTHER the way she serves the patients you would want to go there always, her love for children and mothers is so special, she takes her time and makes sure that you are satisfied and happy, she is the reason I keep going there, even other private clinics do not give you the kimd of care she gives us... I have spoken with a few mothers they agree with me. I just pray that may God may meet her at the point of her need and bless her with everlasting life. She loves what she does I would say her job not just a job is a calling and not just an opportunity she got, she gives her all and she should be appreciated and I believe in giving credit and honor where they are due. The clinic is so clean and well managed.

I've been to the clinic 5 times for my pregnancy and have been turned away all 5 times all I needed is a clinic book in order to go to my hospital
My due date is next week and still nobody is willing to help
For a clinic that's supposed to see to their people and try the best due to the line of work they are in . I must say they truly are the worst at what they do

We had a very bad racist experience at the clinic by one of the patients and then for no reason got shouted out by the doctor. We felt so embarrassed and felt all eyes on us, so we stood up and left without any help. This is the second time we had a bad experience with the doctor's attitude. She is so unprofessional and bluntly rude.

BAD TELLEPHONE MANNERS!!! Just phoned now regarding the 6years injection for my child to ask if you have in stock as i have heard that there is a shortage of the injections and the lady was so RUDE on the phone and NOT HELPFULL at ALL!!! Is it so much to ask for friendlyness and helpfull people!!! I would recomend to send her for Tellephone manners training and learn how to talk to people!!! ????????????????????????????????????????????
