I give this Romans 1 star staff very unfriendly we waited more than about 40 mins no feed back yet we were the only customers would hate to see the service if they were very busy your staff are the worst I will never go to this Romans again

I have been a client of Roman's for a very long time. This is my second visit to Montana. I phoned in my order at 17:50 and arrived at 18:10 at Roman's. I was the only person in the pickup queue for telefonic orders. A not very friendly staff member ask if she can help me, when a new customer came in from the side and she just stopped to serve me and took the other person's order. Another staff member saw what was happening and tried to assist me. I still waited until 18:35 for my order. I have no confidence in ordering a pizza from Montana Retail park. I will rather drive a few kilometres futher as to visit that branch again.

Had diarrhoea after eating their "Feta u0026 olive", "Bacon Supreme" pizzas.Stopped eating there.Will never go back.

Poorest service i have ever had, would not reccomend this branch, if the Pizza was as bad as the service, we would be dead from food poisoning, the staff taking orders are to lazy to lift a finger. Will never go there again.

Wow! Real fast service, during loadshedding when I’m sure the store must have been very busy! Thank you Romanz, the Pizza was absolutely delicious and still hot at the time of delivery!
