Customer service is not at the top of their priority list. I got what I needed there but the service was poor. The staff are not friendly and welcoming, you almost feel like they doing you a favor. No communication of delay or explanation of the reports. They literally just do the bear minimum.

Extremely poor service. If you want to be assisted by someone smoking a cigarette and having smoke in your face, this is the place to be. Rather drive a further 2 minutes and go to Tyre Mart (Autowiel) in Montana corner to receive excellent and knowledgeable service

Went there to have hand brake of my isuzu bakkie adjusted....the manager told me they will be able to do it,they jacked up the bakkie - removed the rear tyres,only to find out that they do not have the right size screwdriver to go any further with the job...through out the whole experience i never really felt being helped. The manager there is also clueless. Bad experience overall.

Absolutely disgusting, unsafe and neglegent workmanship! Be warned that even after fitting NEW parts your car WILL it will come out alot worse than what it in!!! The only thing i would recommend for this place is to STAY AWAY!

Took them 3 hours to fit a silencer box.They removed the rear tire to fit the box and when they finished one of the wheelnuts was missing. Poor service stay away. They won't see me again.

We went in here a few days ago and got helped quickly in a emergency case and they were more than friendly enough to assist me thank you guys its 5 stars for me thanx ????

helped me immediately with a puncture although they were very busy. Tiger wheel and tyre montana informed me I would have to wait at least an hour. Thank you Hi Q Montana.
