I'm so disappointed ???? by your services, I ordered through UberEats at 10:22 and the order was estimated to be delivered at 10:55....later at 11:15...later at 11:45 and it ended up being cancelled. Imagine I'm pregnant and I never had my lunch. I have Learners to teach while I'm this hungry. Nandos Montana you ruined my day????. Few days ago you delivered my order late also. Please improve your service.

Absolutely shocked at how small the portions for chicken strips and spicy rice have gotten over the years. I also ordered extra halloumi and got nothing.
This used to be one of my favourite dishes and to pay R68 for this. What a joke, sadly this is the end of buying at Nandos for me, especially at Montana. I would not recommend it.

Update in 2022, 3 years later.

If I could give 0 stars, I would...

Find a Mochachos, even if you have to drive 100km, it is worth it.. or go around to the Galito's.

Nothing has changed. Order was totally wrong. Had to fight to get a receipt, store does not acknowledge that they got the order wrong.

Pitas were stale, virtually no sauce to moisten them. 4 strips of chicken, more boiled than cooked. 0 flavor and served cold...

The wedges were clearly warmed in the microwave, all the salt on the top layer.

Complaining to customer services did not help last time.. despite their trite response, you will not get through to the store manager.

It is not a franchise and it shows.
Food is strewn on the floor, aided by the waiters who eagerly use old greasy cloths to brush the detritus of your meal to the floor.

The stuff at drive through they don’t pay attention,I ordered half hot and half lemon n herb for kids,they gave me full hot,my kids they had to stop eating cause the meat was too hot for them to eat it.
Yesterday again I ordered quarter leg and chips,they gave me breast,I’m very disappointed with that Nandos I won’t bother myself anymore ????????
