I just bought a microwave recently. When I opened it, I have discovered that the microwave was previously returned by a customer. It was dented. The proof was the copies of the receipts by the customer inside the box. I quickly went to exchange it. This store must be ashamed of itself. Selling damaged goods at full price and taking advantage of customers is disgusting. This store must be discredited.

The below review is dated 11 April. Today I make a turn then boom, it's 5G! Well done Game store and the Kolonnade management!

There's virtually no network connection in the Basement Level (0). All the shops from Toys R Us, Incredible Connection, Game etc - the entire section there's no network connection. You struggle to perform a Card transaction, forget about Tap n Go. You even can't make or receive calls when you're around that section. The sad thing is that this has been like this for years. What is Management doing with this? Where are your Signal Boosters? This is unacceptable!!!

Pathetic assistance from receiving staff and security. The staff won’t even stand up from his seat to talk to customers at the gate. When asked where to go the security guard badly shunned a finger into a general direction. Had to swopped a faulty tumble dryer, but will ask customers to rather visit a Makro or any other appliance store.

Great layout of the shops and all shops and restaurants are easy to find. Great security thats always available and very helpful

I have called Game at kolonade today in order to get some customer service, the phone was answered immediately, I was transferred to the department of my choosing, phone was answered immediately. At the store I was assisted by friendly helpful staff. Great service. Thank you for a great pleasant shopping experience.

WORST GAME EVER!! DONT VISIT. Horrible service, firstly I stood waiting for assistance in electronics dept for over 50mins. The sales people were standing chatting to eachother, avoiding customers. I had to hunt someone down to help us as the ladies at the counter were both on the phones since I arrived, when approaching a group of 3 sales people, Frans u0026 Tumi just stared at me as I interrupted their private conversations looking at me up and down, only Malebo offered to helped me and called for help for me. Eventually I was helped by a Kaugelo after he was called more than 4 times to come and help in electonics. When I paid for my item and gave him the slip he disappeared for another 30mins getting my stock. Disgusting 120 mins experience.
