There's virtually no network connection in the Basement Level (0). All the shops from Toys R Us, Incredible Connection, Game etc - the entire section there's no network connection. You struggle to perform a Card transaction, forget about Tap n Go. You even can't make or receive calls when you're around that section. The sad thing is that this has been like this for years. What is Management doing with this? Where are your Signal Boosters? This is unacceptable!!!

I was sold a broken used second hand drone. Sales lady lied and told me someone else asked to open the box to view the drone.
When I wanted to use it or was completely damaged and parts missing.
I took it back and she never apologized or tried to fix her mistake instead she took extra long to get my money back.

I am totally disappointed and disgusted. This store wil never see me or my money again. I hope to inform everyone out there rather stay away. Toy zone in kollenade retail park has a greater veriety and will never treat you like that.
For baby things there is baby city next door.

The employee riding her hoverboard all around the shop whilst being on her phone the whole time is a NO for me. I had to stop 3 times in my tracks otherwise she would've bumped right into me. That is why I walked out of your shop, climbed into my car and went to Wonderboom Junction's Toys R Us. It is a shame you only reply on reviews that are positive, because you turn a blind eye to the stuff that chases your customers away.

Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful, one of the worst customer experiences ever.

Very clean and organized. Unfortunately, there isn't much help on the floor. You need to look for staff to help you.

Great selection of toys for children of all ages. Well laid out shop. Wheelchair friendly.
