I adore any OB, the flavors and quality is always up to standards.

Though, my concern with this particular branch is the service which adds to any experience and could possibly even ruin your mood for food.

There were plenty of staff on hand, most, including the managers were just lollygagging. Our waiter didn’t seem interested in us either.

I honestly believe in tipping because I’ve worked in the restaurant business. Though it should be based on service.

With that being said, I insisted to my husband that we under tip him because his service was below par. Low and behold the gentleman couldn’t even squeeze out a thank you.

I would only recommend take aways for this branch.

Appalling service to be honest. Waitress sat me down and I did not get a menu for almost 10 minutes, then the same waitress asks if I have been assisted. At this point the restaurant is not even busy, maybe 8 to 10 tables max. I place my order which arrives rather speedily, but then I'm forgotten about again. One waiter sees my plate is empty, but just swipes the sauces from my table and leaves everything else. I literally could've stood up and walked out and not pay and I don't think they would've noticed till much later. You can't excuse such slow service in a restaurant that is as transparent as this. Even Asking to pay the bill was a 15 minute wait, which I took the time to count the tables and only 6 had customers in them.

Totally disappointed tonight. The waiters were very noisy and pots were hard handled and glasses fell on the floor. We could sometimes not even hear ourselves. The food was fairly OK. But no alcohol or bears available. No personal attention from the waiters. They surely had a lack of discipline. You had to call them everytime. No visits to the table to hear if there are any extra requirements. With that the environment was pathetic. Surely our last visit (especially with the guests we wanted to treat tonight). A total disappointment!!!!

Good quality food, service not as speedy as expected. Could do with couple of kids entertainment options

Food is good, but waiters need some serious customer service training !! They look sloppy, one guy wears a shirt full of holes on both occasions that I visited (months apart). Customer service plays a big part of the experience - 3 stars due to sloppy waiters.

My husband and I went to Ocean basket Kolonade to have a nice lunch.

What a disaster!!!!!!!. We ordered drinks, the drinks came. The cola tonic lemonade was not cola tonic lemonade it tasted like something from a soda streamer. The same with my husbands lime and soda.

Then came our meals. Platter for one. At first I could smell a funny smell from that platter. Then we ate and I had the prawns with paprika. The taste was so bad, old and rubbery. We should have known because it was not busy at all. Few people. The waiters was standing around and talking and no good sercvice at all.

When we got home we both complained about feeling nausea and not well, we are both sick at this stage.
It is sad that this place is falling behind and lacking in service and food.

We will not visit them again.

Seafood restaurant. Had to query missing butter for the bread rolls and ask for lemon butter sauce for the prawns, calamari and hake. Other than that the food was quite edible. Waited too long after the bill was paid using Zapper, so we left a message at the exit. While paying for parking, the waitress wanted us to come back until they got their system sorted out with the payment. She seemed to be satisfied after seeing the proof of payment sms on my phone. It should not be accepted that everybody enjoying dinner has time to sit and wait for approval to leave for half an hour after payment. We will dine there again, but not too soon.
