This is not only a Wedding Venue and conference centre, there is an amazing restaurant, the food is always great, the staff and management are always friendly and very efficient.

I would recommend citing outside in the warmer months at night or during the day

Whatever you order the food will be great!

Was looking for a change to our usual routine and decided to book at Gabatta for a Sunday meal. Service from the start was poor. Was seated in a outside thatched / tented area. Seating was plastic a chair on paving and quite overcrowded. Cutlery was so excessive that the waitress had difficulty placing our coffees on the table. Drinks order took long and the cream in my cappuccino was off. I requested the bill and will never go there again. I was surprised to see that the actual restaurant had comfortable seating, however does not look the same to where I was seated. My suggestion would be for the Gabatta to ensure seating is standardized (all seats and tables look the same and of same quality).....the prices on the menu certainly are. Experience was not what I was looking for. Not recommended.

Nice place for Sunday afternoon buffet. A little pricey. About 10 km from the outskirts of Pretoria. We saw impala, kudu, blue wildebeest and blesbok, from the restaurant. No entry for visitors past the restaurant. Small pool with dust on the bottom. There were less flies around on our second visit. Seating inside the restaurant and outside. Food was delicious and a wide variety. Just one of the dishes did not agree with my taste, but nobody else complained about it. We wil probably not visit again soon.

We are "datenight" fundi's! I always try and outdo the previous attempt. So impromptu he attempted his datenight idea, with nothing else, no advance arrangements or "extra's" , only great food, and an awesome atmosphere and venue... I am blown away by the beauty, service, quality and price. I will struggle to get a place that can equal what you gave us.

The place is so very neat, and peace of mind not forgetting, caring staff , unique menu and enjoyable . I would like to come and visit now and again thank even to the architect of the place I really recommend it to everyone to come and visit

Always amazing. Amazing food. Amazing service. Amazing atmosphere... just overall amazing every time I visit! One if the best places for events and just an amazing hidden jem! Food, service, vibe. Great for dates, functions and families.
