Horrible!! Please do not go to this clinic unless you want to waste your time.. There is no order. You stand in a queue early before they open before a lady comes out shouting covid rules and dividing people to start new queues. You could go from first to last.. They tell you to make a booking and when up go they tell you to come in a few months because they don't have a book to make appointments for when you have to come again.

They do not prioritize patients, people came with babies and are only attended at 3pm after being there at 6am..how do they want people with infants to last all day just slitting there waiting for them to do their jobs. You'd swear they doing your a favor. Some even left because they were there all day. After my daughter was seen which was only 2 minutes I was annoyed why from 6am you only get helped at 3pm to be told oh we so busy so just take this and you can go. They don't weigh or take the kids measurements or tell you about the medication.

If you want to waste your time and ruin your day go to this clinic by the time you even get chronic medication you'll be dead on their floor.

It was the worst experience and I've bee. I'd give it zero stars n to badly run clinics but this one takes the cup

The service here is slow, been using them since I was pregnant and it has been an absolute horror, they do not respect appointments, I'm now 3 months post natal and it's still the same, you set an appointment and you still sit till 3pm before you get assisted, I'm disappointed with the service, I'm moving to another clinic...

In my 9 months of pregnancy I had 3 visits at Hercules clinic and it was just the worsed experience. I would suggest people look for alternative clinics in their area.
Doesn't matter if you come first 6am in the morning or run and push in at after 8, no one controls the line. All the pasients cue outside in one line, then the lady comes and calls all the 7.30am appointments and then all the pregnant women and mothers, doesn't matter where you stood in the line, people just push and run to the new line. Today at 39 weeks pregnant I ended up almost last after being the first pregnant woman in the line and standing outside in the rain since 6am for my 7.30am appointment, although the clinic only opens and starts to assist anyone at 8 or after. This has been my experience every time coming here.

Inside its the same. All the pregnant women just crab a chair if you are lucky to even get a chair. Then if you don't get yourself through urine testing and Hiv testing by just pushing in next you won't get through.

Staff come and scream every now and again about sosial distancing as there is only one bench where 3 women can sit. If more sit down, you get told to stand some where at the back but sitting on the bench more than 3 will cause them to be close down, and yes we all understand the covid rules, but all the women standing and sitting on the chairs sit on top of each other, no one even puts the chairs out, the women crab from a stack of chairs and sit anywhere. So it's actually ridiculous how they scream at the pregnant women. All the other patients have enough space to sit and social distance except for the pregnant women. You can easily stand for 2 to 3 hours. One or 2 staff are helpful and friendly like the lady doing the urine testing and one older black sister who assisted me once, but I can not say the same for all the staff at this clinic.

Due to travel bans and the covid pandemic I have not been working over a year and the staff at these clinics should understand although I do not have a medical aid for this reason doesn't mean I should not get proper medical treatment.

I have been fortunate to have most of my appointments at Pretoria West hospital because of having a high risk pregnancy and the help and assistance there is much better, there's a line, it gets kept, so if you are early you get helped early, you stick to the line and it's efficient. You go from the one department to the other in the same line. No one scream at anyone, if you are unsure and it's your first time, the staff explain the process to follow early in the morning.

Would not recommend Hercules clinic.
