I don’t want to pretend to be an expert, but we’ve had the privilege of enjoying real Italian, Mediterranean food, and the meals we had at Iskia are every bit as good as the real deal. Delicious, fresh and something unique in Pretoria. The atmosphere is light and laid back, whilst the decor is smart, yet relaxed, and the service was sharp, and friendly. The prices border on the expensive side, but at the end you feel that it was worth every cent. We’ll be back.

Lovely Mediterranean-style outdoor dining. I would recommend making a reservation. They were able to give us a table, but I think we were lucky.
Our waitress was very knowledgeable and her recommendations were spot on. They also have a few off-menu items (like Aperol Spritz), so be sure to ask.

We went there for a Valentine's dinner with a set menu and wine pairing. The service was excellent, the live music was great, and the venue is nice. The food was a little hit and miss. I had a Kingklip Tortellini Fritti starter which was delicious. My main of pear stuffed pork roulade and dauphinois was nice, but not exceptional. For dessert I had a deconstructed Tiramisu. The Tiramisu had too much cake and too little flavour to my liking - more liqueur, and a darker chocolate mousse would likely have fixed it for me.
But overall an enjoyable evening.

Wow! What an amazing restaurant, amazing staff, and the food is delicious! Lovely setup and probably the most amazing washroom facilities I’ve ever seen in South Africa, clean, clean, clean! My toddler of 3 stated very proudly that these were the best toilets she’s ever seen cause they are shiny and smell wonderful.
