Terrible place that has great potential but not well maintained. Rooms are dirty, white wall are mouldy and dirty. The couch smell and had white stuff that looked like sperms. Aircon doesn't work well, blows cold air only and is loud. windows don't close properly. We found a condom stuck in the toilet bowl. We didn't have kettle. Towels were hard and very dry, not soft and user-friendly. I honestly couldn't wait to leave the next morning!! ????????

We had a booking at their other branch and was transferred to this place of horrors! There is black mould on the ceilings, nothing works no tv no aircon. Dirty and disgusting. We checked in and out immediately. At least they refunded us with little to no fuss

Kamsa would have been better place but the fact of changing staff is so annoying ,some of us we get attached and form a professional bond with the workers especially the guy who used to work night shift few months ago his to humble and tolerant by the name Vie l loved his services please improve

Would kindly want to share my experience at Kamsa the rooms are so dirty the ladies doesn't seem to care l asked for room service but it wasn't done properly as well as kitchen is so dirty ,they is this other lady who was at the reception the lady likes to flirt with other peoples husband was also surprised she asked a lift from my husband that is so unprofessional

It’s okay but there is a room for improvement. Also your staffs can be more formal in dressing.

Not sure about the rooms and services cos we didn't lodge but the environment was calm and clean, hence I'm giving it 4 stars
