Very disappointed with the level of service from the management. Got there only to be rudely told that the person I booked with didn't reserve my space. I could hear them arguing about my booking. Didn't feel welcomed at all . Left the massage place without seeing anyone which made me feel my stay wasn't appreciated. They totally ruined my husband's birthday.

The location is nice and quite but the yard was so dirty it doesn't look like the one of the website

Made a booking at the spa. The owner failed to properly inform us that a deposit was required to secure the booking, but instead sent us 21 pictures and videos about the spa. (Why!??) Subsequently travelled a distance only to arrive and find out they were fully booked. Completely unprofessional service. We would not recommend as disappointment is guaranteed.

Room was dirty, dirty towel still in washing bin, tv did not work, fridge did not cool, kettle did not work, cupboard door fell off not enough cutlery, bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. The price far exceeds the quality I expected much more. Very dissapointed.

I honestly wasn't happy with your entire service, from bathing with cold water, to untasteful and revolting breakfast, to having small rooms small with no cupboards to keep my clothes, there wasn't any soaps nor shower caps. Your interior needs a serious make over I nearly fell because the chairs were broken.

I was disappointed at your hospitality, no checks up on guests to say the least I am unhappy. Please do something before you run out of business.

Definitely won't be visiting again. Room I had did not have a shower. There are 2 guesthouses in different locations with the same name owned by the same people. I had gone to the one not realizing that is was the wrong one and was greeted very rudely by the female owner. Staff at Aquila road house were friendly and willing to help. Average food definitely not a 4 star guesthouse

Booked a Full day spa for me and 3 friends to end off 2015. When we arrived there was freshly baked Muffins and croissants that was totally out of this world. The Manager on duty ( Cant remember her name) was very friendly and explained how the day will work. We was surprised on how beautiful the place was and so peaceful. The massages and the Breaks in between was totally relaxing and we switched off completely. Thank you for making us end off 2015 on a positive note. Will see you soon.

My experience of this guesthouse was very good. I enjoyed my stay at Crane's Nest Guesthouse u0026 Spa. I felt so at home when i arrived the evening, the staff greeted me with a warmly feeling and made me feel at home. My room was up to standard and i had no complaints. I stayed at this Guesthouse for 3 day, but i decided to stay one more night to try the spa facilities out.
