Beautiful place, met the owner and had a great. Conversation. We stayed one night and we cannot complain about anything. I will consider it for our next visit to Pretoria

Chantelle went out of her way to make our girls' weekend so special! It was a chilly weekend, so it was such a treat to have a fireplace and warm gowns for each of us. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the bathrooms lovely.

If I could give this place a 0 Star I would. Décor is lovely and the Duty manager Linda is phenomenal, kind and a beautiful heart. The owner Ronel and one of her other managers Chantel have absolutely 0 interpersonal skills, client services skills. We had an unfortunate even where my husband was pistol whipped and mugged. Bank cards stolen and cash stolen. But we still paid and asked to extend for a third night. The message we received was rude and so inconsiderate from the bookings manager. After speaking to the owner to extend there was no problem. This gave us time to sort out new bank cards to pay for the extra night and possible extend until the 6 April when we leave the country. Manager called us around 2:30 we had not received our cards yet, we received a call from the bookings manager, i confronted her rude attitude and she ended the conversation with screaming at me and slamming the phone in my ear. I went to the lovely duty manager Linda for assistance and she called Chantel (the rude bookings manager) who slammed the phone in her ear too. Disgusting behaviour. The owner has lost thousands as a result of this booking manager previously. And as a result of her behaviour she lost and additional R15k.

On a positive note, LINDA you were a breath of fresh air, you were so grateful in trying to deal with the situation. Any hotel or guesthouse would be lucky to have you.

The place is above and beyond excellent!
Stayed over with Business Acquaintances and there was more than ample space. A perfectly located stylish and comfortable establishment.

I made a booking at Waterhouse Guest Lodge through Lekkeslaap. My booking was accepted, I made full payment only to hear from the owner a week before my stay that the lady currently staying in the unit would like to extend her stay and that my booking would have to be cancelled. The owner requested from me to make the cancellation at Lekkeslaap, as the manner in which this business is carried out is against Lekkeslaap quality control procedures and thus the owner did not want to have a bad review on the website from my side, and did not take any responsibility for this "error". I cannot disagree that the facilities are beautiful, but the service is absolutely unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend a booking at Waterhouse Guest Lodge.

Absolutely amazing place. The staff are so helpful and friendly and it is so elegant and refined. It has a beautiful braai area, a pool, wifi, huge and comfortable beds, a spacious and comfortable communal space and well equipped kitchen. 10/10 would stay here again.

Waterhouse Guest Lodge is indeed a great place to lodge for your relaxation while in Pretoria, South Africa.
It is located in a very cool and conducive atmosphere of Waterkloof Ridge on the Indus Street.
The facilities overthere are just excellent and modern.
Customer service at this place is VERY good leading to repeat customers. Very affordable prices for accommodation too.

Security is also very good.

It is really a must-go-to place for lodging while in Pretoria.
