The guest house is nice and quiet, very peaceful and the rooms were warm. However the breakfast was underwhelming for R120.00 a head my friends and I didn't enjoy it , there was no cereal or fruit or even fruit juice. Very tasteless Vienna sausages were served. Other than that the place isn't too bad.

Rooms are spacious including bathrooms with bath and shower. Entrances are a bit tricky if you don't know the area. Improvement needed on towels (they are very old and hard and past their time) as well as tea making facilities ( kettle was old and dirty, coffee served in a little bottle as well as brown sugar); they will do well to serve sachets for health sake. There is a bar fridge in the room for your convenience.

The basin in the room we were in was clogged.

The guesthouse advocates for the environment, so the water was...um...not hot. I'm not sure about how strict they are regarding the water temp. I'm hoping they could turn it up a notch if asked.

Ooh, we also had to ask for towels. Besides those issues, it's an okay place.

The room we stayed in required a lot of attention. The ceiling was caving in, lampshades were broken - bedside lights weren't working, handles missing off drawers, taps falling off in the bathroom, black algae in the shower and around the basins, towel hooks had come off the wall. The staff were friendly enough but very lacklustre and difficult to find when assistance was needed. The breakfast was very mediocre. We were looking forward to spending a couple of nights at this guesthouse because of its location and the good reviews but it fell miserably short of our expectations. This place could be a gem with good management and some TLC.

This is the worse guests house I have ever been at.

Bedding was dirty and dirty sheet.
Towels were dirty and never replaced.
Bathroom were dirty with black algae on wall, ceiling and inside showers and around basins.

Staff is never to been seen.
Pet friendly but no real play area for pets.

Party’s happening on a daily basis with no control and bottle were laying all over grass area for days. No play area or safe area for my pets.

You need to ask daily for fresh towels and toilet paper.

The kitchen is dirty and microwave is disgusting inside.

No breakfast gets served or even a option there off.

No COVID protocol are being observed and rooms dnt get clean on daily basis. Only ones as you arrive but rooms are disgusting dirty and unhealthy to stay in.

This is by far the worse place I ever stayed. If it wasn’t for my pets I would have asked a refund.

Absolutely unacceptable. No spa as advertised.

Will never see this place again !!!!!

I cannot even give this place 1 star because they are not worth it.I booked online and even called to confirm and they said rooms are available. When I arrived the lady asked me if I hooked online and I said yes. She told me that they nolonger have rooms because people extended their stay and hey are fully booked. Later on I checked on the website and it was still showing that there are rooms available and I asked her why it's still showing on booking.com and she said she updated it . She then tried to call other guest houses to look for available rooms, but did not even get one.she was busy with her phone the entire time ,rude and was not even remorseful. This place is unprofessional and in my opinion needs to be removed from all booking websites.

NEGATIVE ZERO STARS. The spa treatment was very good, the ladies were so nice. But everything else was terrible. The pool area was so loud, there were people chilling there with a very loud speaker the whole night just making a noise, we couldnt even use the pool, we couldn’t even sleep, unacceptable!!!! The food was terrible, was supposed to have dinner in the garden cause I saw a picture that they posted on Instagram, it was just false advertising, the receptionist had to cook cause apparently the cook was not there , the food was dry. we only had one towel in our room, no soap. They just dont try at all. Wouldn’t recommend.
