Disgusting service! This is not the first time the staff here act like hooligans!!!!!!! You are not doing me favour! So i walked in yesterday, looking for pumps, i walked in, no sign on the floor, a madam called me from accross the room.....for everyone to hear, to belittle me, to have a fat laugh, *Ashe, its wet there* who speaks like that? Who treats people like this? Its not the 1st time you staff members have a stinking attitude. If it was a white lady she would be told, Sorry Mam' the floor is wet, but for me....... Ashe, its wet there.... you service is horrible. I hate this place. Hate it.

Firstly I'm not impressed with the service of Monument Park Ackermans. I was there around lunch to settle and collect my lay-by which took them close to an hour to search for it and while searching for it no one came to inform me why I had to wait so long for my lay-by. I left the shop as I was running out of time and called 2 hours later only to find out that my lay-by was lost. I was told to come to the store and get a refund however I don't want the refund I want the items ASAP and nothing other than that.

Bad service. I had to wait 15min for a cashier to come, Imagine if there is a long line!! I had to go call them at the back and ask for cashier service

Only sells clothing for adult women and clothes for kids (boys and girls). If you're looking for men's clothing, shop elsewhere.

Best shop to stop at for any children's clothes. Quick in and out , and you will always find something that fits the reason for going in there. I really like the staff , they are one of the reasons I enjoy going into this shop

Terrible! This is not my first bad experience at this particular shop!! Although convenient because it is near my home I would rather drive miles to go to another similar shop! No assistance nor any cashier at the tills!! A no brainer - I will not recommend anyone to visit that shop ever!!

My husband wanted to have a look at a phone in the display cabinet. The lady was very rude and said they never open it!??? How do you sell them then???
