During my stay in May , I have previously arranged through email for an early check in ( around 1 hour before check-in time). When we arrived at the gate , one of the staff ladies have told us that we cannot check-in as the rooms are not ready.

This was not an issue at first , as we decided to visit family and come in later to check-in . I have received a call from the staff only 3 hours later , stating that our rooms was ready.

The wasnt much privacy in the room as we could hear people walking up and down the stairs, sounding like there was someone outside the room.
There were not many amenities in the rooms such as tea and coffee , simple things as that.

I would not reccommend this guesthouse and the staff was not up to the hospitality industry standard.

Selected this guesthouse because they offered bath tubs and breakfast. Limited choice for breakfast and very small portions. Aircon didn't work but was fixed the following day. No gas available for the fireplace. Only lukewarm water available in both shower and bath tub even after it was reported. The bed linen has cigarette burns on it. The towels was hard and scratchy. No milk for coffee but was corrected following day after having to ask for it. Umbrella on veranda broken. Patio door lock broken so we slept with unlocked door. There is no electrical points next to the bed for phone charging. Extremely dirty behind the bed. This is supposedly a five star guesthouse.

We spent our honeymoon there and they made it so special! We didn't arrange anything prior to our stay, but when we told them it's our honeymoon, the friendly and accommodating staff and owners went out of their way to make it extra special. The guesthouse has a wonderful view of the Waterkloof Heights valley, and it is quiet and peaceful - we spent a lot of time just listening to the birds and all the nature sounds. The breakfast was also really good, and they serve the BEST coffee! We would definitely recommend Coral Tree Inn for a peaceful getaway in the city. Will go back again.

This place was really nice, very unique from anywhere I've stayed. The breakfast was minimal but very well done.

Best place ever ,great view ,amazing host ,lovely staff ,clean surrounding,room was big and spacious,the breakfast was amazing ...i really enjoyed my stay ❤

The security top class felt safe throughout our stay. Manager u0026 Owner amazing service Mr Guntor and Thabo . Rooms were clean ???? breakfast fresh pool was amazing and clean welcomed my 2022 there for 3 nights no regrets about the place .

The place is beautiful. The stuff made sure to pay attention to each guest. We felt like the only ones there and we were not. The lady owner has 200% people skills. We are definitely going back soon
