Probably one of the worst food experiences I've ever had. I ordered through a delivery service who's service was great. From KFC, I did not receive everything I ordered. There was missing a piece of chicken and there was no gravy for the pap. And the items that I did receive was... words are failing me at this moment. The chicken was over cooked, the large mash and gravy looked like a regular mash and gravy that was put in a large container and it tasted like either the mash or the gravy was burnt as some point, the menu stated the box master has an original chicken fillet but I was given a very spicy one without asking for it. It was so spicy, I think I lost all hearing in my left eye. I will never order from this specific branch ever again! I would rather wait a little bit longer for good quality food and get everything I paid for!

Although I bought a takeaway quickly, I was welcome by a friendly lady wearing mask and having a thermometer on the other hand. We were screened and directed to the correct qeueu with safe following distance. The service was very fast although there were few customers. Nice and cozy place.

I have eaten at this place twice already, and I'm still disappointed. The service is hopeless. They cook the meat like they don't want to and it ends up being too soggy and not cooked enough at the same time. I don't know how they did that. The staff is even worse, with their bad attitudes. Still convenient for people who visit the Southern Sun Hotel across the road.

They always get the order wrong. They will always have something missing in the order. Like you never leave with a full order. If it's not the condiments that's missing, it's a part/ portion of your order. It's ridiculous

Very clean, staff are friendly and gave me the exact pieces I requested. Didn't have to ask for ketchup, chilli salt, spoon or serviettes. Order was ready in less than 3min.

They make the best dunked wings but as for the Zinger wings????super tiny and very dry and I just found a feather!!A chicken feather in 2 of my wings!????The wings are not even hot..Just a waste of my money!!
