The service is good and the staff is friendly but the burger patty’s are burnt and dry, fried chips had no sauce or spice included. The other week I ordered a whacky Wednesday the burgers had too much sauce added it was just too much.

Ordered a burger that is supposed to have bacon, and it’s not there. On top of that they put a ton of sauces I can’t hardly taste the actual food. Now the bread is soggy and falling apart. I have a video to prove it. TERRIBLE!!

Horrible service, no customer service at all. Bought burger combos and few steps away. My food was on the floor, cheap paper bags. One of the staff came to assist me and I was asked to come to the shop, when I got there; steers and fishaways staff were there waiting for me like a hearing discussion. I was told that there's nothing they can do because everything happened outside the store and apparently the owner said no refund or other pack of chips at least since the burgers were still in the packages. The option was, they can take the food that was on the floor and put it in another bag...what a joke! I am expected to eat food that was on the floor because of those paper bags...I wont support that branch anymore...you want to tell me that 2 packs of chips can be a loss to your shop... only to realise that the petties were salty and rolls were not even fresh ????☹️☹️ DISAPPOINTED

Very good service that you would receive there, and they opened till late making it convenient for people that work late and for those that go to watch the late movie... Beautiful and clean
