Absolute poor service, card machine not present in store. Waited over half an hour for my order and assistant taking and packing order not even competent. Went home and weighted my add-on calamari strips which is not cheap only to find that they are not even the 100g as per their advertisement. Very unsatisfied with the poor service and food. Gezina Pretoria branch definitely not recommended.

Thank u vanessa for your 100% customer service as a cashier..I was confused ddnt knw exactly what to order and she patiently helped and suggested the best meal for me..keep up the good work girl ,we need more cashiers like you.im indeed 100% satisfied with the service that I got from fishways starland .i wll definitely visit your restaurant again ????????????????.Regards Phuti

Wrong item was delievered. Tried speaking to the manager Paulinah Masumbuka, she opted I put the review and complaint online, she said why did we consume the item because we had an option of returning it back. We informed her the delievery guy said that is wat was available.
So dissappointed as they always mix up orders.

I ordered food around 11:39 on the 08/04/2021. I called asking how far is my order they asked for my names I gave them next thing that lady said there don’t have my order,was like it was accepted from your store she told me to call mr d ..delivery guy collected around 12:43... delivered to me 13:05 ... what was ordered was there but no coke I need my 20rand xerm me order sterland fishaways no more my last time

Ordered platter for three during level four Covid19 lockdown, I had an efficient experience with them. Food delivered timely (they promised to deliver within 30 to 40 minutes and they did), the delivery guy was very polite and the lady that took my telephone order was kind and helpful.

Your service and efficiency is appreciated ????

Dear Fishaways Manager -Arcadia Sterland

Today I came with my colleague to have lunch at your restaurant. we ordered a platter for two, We asked for tomato sauce sachet or any kind of sauce, they refused to give us tomato sauce and said you only get tomato sauce when you buy chips, what is that!!! I tried to reason with the lady who gave us our order and she told us to our face that we are not getting tomato sauce or any sauce that we must buy it!

I have never experience such bad service in my life!

Orders taking to long. Up to 30 minutes. And we were the only customers. Rather support businesses that can.
