Waited about 40 minutes in the drive thru. The assistant does not have a clue of their menu. Reported it to customer care and nothing was done. This was resolved. Staff need much more training on customer service.

Waiting my backside off for my food, and I noticed similar to mine a WHILE ago and when my number was read, it was that exact same one sitting there, getting COLD!! Absolutely terrible.

This is unfortunately the closest drive thru to my house and what a disappointment. I haven’t been there once where I got my desired order. Something is always out of stock or out of order. This saddens me as it as great location but definitely not worth visiting ever again.

I went to buy ice cream at KFC Hillcrest Boulevard, my ice cream had hair on it. I'm really disgusted. The lady who served me handled the cone with her bare hands, I'm not pleased. I don't think I'll ever visit this KFC ever again.

Order took more than 20 mins yo be served. The place also get very crowded at peak hours making it difficult to hear when your order is ready....public address or internal radio to announce on would be a great idea.

Staff is always friendly and accommodating and the food is exactly what you want from the best of KFC

Just picked up an order from this store. Very busy yet the service is great and the staff polite, helpful and efficient. Welk done Lynwood. You guys rock.
