Toilets weren't clean and were smelly.
The upper sitting area was closed and it was packed. I don't know if they close the upper sitting area after 18:00 pm everyday. They took longer to serve after ordering.

Date Fri, 22 April 2022 around 19:00pm i came in for a late snack bite and the lady at the front counter kept insisting that i use the self-service kiosk machine even when i told her i wanted to redeem my points. The application specified that its only redeemable at the front counter or drive-thru. I ended up losing my points due, my time and my appetite. Please allow customers to order and pay wherever they feel comfortable at, first of all if one can not operate the machine, it means they will need assistance and that means a personnel. That alone puts both at the risk of contracting the virus as the 1.8metres distance is shortened. It is within the business interest to allow customers to pay where they are most relaxed at. Please advise that shift.

Very friendly ,beautiful ladies assisting the clientele to request their food online and pay all in one go...Full Marks McDonald's!!

The food is good, tastes proper and fresh.

I just had a bad experience, eating an extra large burger without soviets. Worse I realised there's no soviet after I started eating and hoped one of the waitresses will passby so I can ask, and that never happened. I had to make a plan and wipe my hands with till slips till I finish eating.

Just check your order while the waitress is still with you or else you o tla ipona.
