The staff was so friendly and catering to my unexpected whims.
I enjoyed my time u0026 meal ???? at this specific restaurant.

I didn't have to wait for long. Process was quite simple. However, I should add that, what the product I bought looked like on the advert picture did not turn out looking quite like the actual thing. Don't know whether to be unhappy or disappointed by it. Anyway.

The service was good, the restaurant gets really packed though but they're efficient workers so the queue will be over before you know it.

Besides the fact that they were out chips,they offer beforehand, wedges to replace the chips. A welcome gesture.better service because we were consulted and not ambushed.

First time they robbed me of my whole order, I still have not been refunded. second time they robbed me of one of my side orders. I only go there because it close to taxis on my way to visit my family and my family likes Nandos for some reason. Very unhappy

Customer service sucks...I waited for 30 long minutes when my order was only for 11 min and it was not busy, on top of that the lady was cheeky towards me...they don't know what they are doing
