I visited Medicross Gezina and was horrified at the service I received. I was so ill and found it difficult to stand, regardless of the fact that there was no other patients at the reception that day, they made me wait until 16h20 when I went and found a chair and almost passed out, before someone brought me a patient info form to complete. My appointment was for 16h00. Upon completion I again stood in the que....I was still the only one in line....still they ignored me. I waited for approximately another 10 min, placed the clip board on the counter and left. Suddenly everyone wanted to stop me from leaving and offered to help me back into the facility. I left and will never return here again. And just a last observation: They had my contact details and no one from management level even tried to make this right or simply just apologise for whatever that incident was. Most dissapointing service.
